Our company currently has 4 extruders of all sizes to use appropriately with the product volume that customers desire and always meet the product output that customers need in a certain time.

TWIN SCREW EXTRUDER 75mm

Processing materials: Color masterbatch, PP, PE, HDPE, PA, ABS, PC, PS, PET, PBT... output: 300-400Kg/h (depending on raw materials, processing formula and operation)

Twin Screw Extruder 65mm

Processing materials: Color masterbatch, PP, PE, HDPE, PA, ABS, PC, PS, PET, PBT... output: 250-400Kg/h（Depending on raw materials, processing formula and operation.）

TWIN SCREW EXTRUDER 52mm

Processing materials: Color masterbatch, PP, PE, HDPE, PA, ABS, PC, PS, PET, PBT... output: 150-250Kg/h (depending on raw materials, processing formula and operation).

 

Twin Screw Extruder 36mm

Processing materials: Color masterbatch, PP, PE, ABS, PA, PET...output: 40-100Kg/h (depending on raw materials, processing formula and operation).

In addition, we also combine with a plastic crusher system to grind plastic beads into plastic powder. At that time, when mixed the color powder and plastic powder will be evenly mixed together, causing the color beads when produced to achieve color uniformity.

Plastic crusher

Plastic chopping machine is used to cut primary plastic particles such as (LLDPE, HDPE, PP,...) into smaller sized plastic particles, used to mix with formulas that use little pigment. Makes the color even. than.

Plastic Pulverizer Machine

Plastic Pulverizer Machine is used to grind primary plastic granules such as (LLDPE, HDPE, PP,...) into super-fine plastic powder. These plastic powders, after being crushed into powder, are used to mix with other recipes. Use a lot of color powder. Make the product color more even and blend together.
